The transformation begins here.

As your coach, I will guide you through the 12-week Transformational Parenting Process from The Jai Institute for Parenting which includes workbooks, videos, and a one-hour private coaching session each week. You will learn about the nervous system, attachment science, emotional intelligence, brain science, and more while reflecting on the way you were raised and how you are currently parenting your own children. I will support you in clearly defining your beliefs and values; empowering you to integrate the information you've learned in a way that is authentic to your family and transforms your parenting.

The 12-week curriculum was designed by Rebecca Lyddon, the Director of Education at The Jai Institute for Parenting. All of the content is based in science, which means we know it works! The Jai approach is not a one size fits all or a rule-based program (“when your child does x, you do y.”). Rather, it provides you with science-backed information about how human brains, bodies, and emotions work. This will equip you with a greater understanding of both yourself and your child(ren), giving you the tools to parent intentionally and meet your child(ren)’s needs in any given situation during each phase of life. The content typically takes about 2 hours to complete each week. In each coaching session, you will have the chance to discuss the course material and explore how it applies to your day-to-day life. This will look different for every family, as we all have unique backgrounds, cultures, belief systems, core values, and members of our family. As your coach, I will challenge you to try on new perspectives, ideas, and strategies until we find actionable paths forward that feel in alignment with you and your family. I will also hold you compassionately accountable to the goals that you set for yourself. The outline of our 12 weeks together is as follows:

Week 1: Introduction & Welcome

Week 2: Setting Your Intentions As An Empowered Parent

Week 3: The 10 Pillars of Transformational Parenting

Results will be unique for every client, however most people experience a natural softening and opening towards both themselves and their children. When we learn the facts that explain why our children behave the way they do, it opens a space in our hearts to access more compassion when responding to our children. Increased peace, feelings of connectedness, and joyful moments are side effects of doing this work. As with anything in life, you will get out of it as much as you put in.
