  • Receive your Parent Portal login information, granting you lifetime access to the Transformational Parenting Process curriculum.

What should I expect during a session?

Coaching sessions are a place for you to share your celebrations and challenges in parenting, discuss and clarify the weekly content, and dig deeper into your challenges to find an actionable path forward that aligns with your family’s core values and identity.

Who do you serve?

Any parent, caregiver, or child care professional who wants to improve their relationships and is open to growth.

My specific areas of expertise include:

  • Families with young children (ages 2-5): After 6 years of teaching preschool, working with children from two to five years old, I’ve gained a deep understanding of child development during this phase of life.

  • Highly Sensitive (HSP) children & parents: Coming to understand myself as a Highly Sensitive Person in my mid-twenties was extremely eye-opening and validating. I’ve been able to embrace this part of myself and learn how to balance it in a world that often moves too fast for me. Reflecting on my childhood with this new lens allowed me to make sense of things that never quite added up for me as a kid who didn’t understand my sensitive nature. It is my hope to be able to empower parents to recognize and celebrate their highly sensitive children and/or their highly sensitive selves.

  • Military families: Growing up with my dad in the US Air Force Reserves, I have first-hand experience of how hard it can be for a child to cope with situations where they may not be able to be with their father for extended periods of time and the ripple effects this can have for the entire family. Now, having a husband who is in the Maryland Army National Guard, I’ve also experienced these stressors from an adult perspective and know it can be hard to talk about with people who just don’t quite get it. I get it and I’m here for you.
